This movie is the epitome of scifi horror to me. I still can’t watch some scenes, but still laugh everytime the doctor says “blo-oo-oo-ood”.

Jonathan Frid passed away today at age 87. The actor who portrayed the wonderfully gothic and devious vampire Barnabas Collins, Frid is among my favorite actors of all times. His dedication to his craft will be sorely missed in this world, but his work and person will not be forgotten easily. In his honor, I will spend this weekend watching a dozen or so episodes of Dark Shadows. Rest in piece, Jonathan Frid, and dearest condolences to his family and friends.

Uncanny Valley off the charts with this. When he is asked “What makes you sad?” the load time took so long! Cannot wait for this film!
